During January 2024, Museo Artequin will present a special program for the summer holidays, which includes seven artistic workshops and a Painting School on women in art. The activities have been designed from a participatory methodology, which promote the link with the art world through entertainment, exploration and play. We invite girls, boys and young people, between 6 and 16 years old, to experience different and fun vacations that encourage curiosity, experimentation with shapes, color and textures. For three weeks—from January 5 to 27—participants will be able to delve deeper into a specific topic in the arts in workshops on creation and painting, animation, engraving, comics and sculpture. In addition, the “Summer in Colors” cycle will include a laboratory of animation techniques for teachers. All sessions will take place in the artistic rooms of the Artequin Museum's heritage building, in an inspiring, pleasant environment surrounded by art, to stimulate creativity. Detailed information about each workshop and registration is available on the Artequin Museum website www.artequin.cl and spaces are limited.
