It is a square with over thirty years old bookstore. Located at the corner of Santa Isabel st. and San Diego Ave. behind the spectacular Basilica del Santisimo Sacramento and next to the “Juegos Diana”.
This place consists of several bookstores with new and second hand books and two music store. In last years it has been transformed into a place of intense cultural development, where various activities organized by the group of booksellers occur.
In August 2013, the Municipality of Santiago inaugurated the remodeling of that space for booksellers, neighbors and visitors by providing it with modern modules, ornamental lighting, stage and a fountain of water, which are the ideal environment for this square with literary vocation continues attracting book lovers.
