Event Details

Begin to live the Christmas spirit with a visit to the beautiful exhibition of mangers that the Museo Colonial San Francisco has prepared for the public. Did you know that the first nativity scene was made by Saint Francis of Assisi? It was made on Christmas Eve in 1223, inside a cave near Greccio, in Italy, and became a tradition that has lasted to this day. And the assembly presented by the Museo Colonial San Francisco, reflects this custom by exhibiting a collection of national and international figures, belonging to the collection of Cecilia Jara, pastoral agent and art teacher.
