This winter, 2025, the Santiago Library celebrates its 20th anniversary with a free, stellar lineup that promises to banish the cold and boredom. The first weekend kicks off with a fair dedicated to pop, geek, and otaku culture, bringing together collectors, publishers, illustrators, specialty stores, and cosplayers.
