From Thursday 11th of April, the Santiago Opera House invites you to come and join to the “sirtaki” rhythm. This play from the choreographer Lorca Massine was inspired by Nikos Kazantzakis’ novel and Michael Cacoyannis’ movie. This play recreates the spirit of the turquoise waters and the Greek life. Set in a Greek town, the story follows John and Zorba, who learn to fully liver their lives after facing loses in their lives. It shows the importance of friendship and perseverance. Also, Rodrigo Guzman, star dancer from Ballet of Santiago will be stepping down from the scenarios by interpreting one of the most emblematic parts of his career.
