This restaurant operates in the Alma Cruz Hotel and Convention Center and its name, inspired by Make Make, the creator god of Rapa Nui, aims to connect us with the immensity of the Pacific Ocean and all its richness.
Its proposal is strongly focused on rescuing the diversity of coves, fields and valleys of Chile, in order to put unique preparations with products of origin on the table, at breakfast, lunch and dinner time.
On its menu, the preparations range from fish and seafood to premium meats and vegetarian dishes. Each preparation is carefully prepared to highlight the characteristic flavors and aromas of Chilean cuisine.
And if you feel like it, you can join the “Chile en tu copa” experience, a wine tasting that invites to discover the country’s wine richness, with a tasting that covers different valleys in Chile, such as Casablanca and Colchagua. It lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes four glasses and snacks.
