Marco Polo is a Chilean-Italian fuente de soda with more than sixty-five years of history and tradition in the Historic Center of Santiago.
In its spacious interiors and large terrace, right on the esplanade of the Plaza de Armas, you can enjoy its varied gastronomic menu of Chilean dishes, where the highlights are Merluza, Mechadas, Pastel de Choclo (with the pine made by its own owner), Cazuelas, as well as pastas and pizzas. As for sandwiches, the most outstanding and in-demand are the Chacarero and the Churrasco Italiano.
Marco Polo’s bar has faithful local exponents, such as the Terremoto, varieties of wines, Pisco Sour, Vaina and Borgoña, along with the classic schop, micheladas and Mojitos.
Plaza de Armas, 402-474, Santiago.
