A tribute to Chilean winemaking culture is what Chelsea Bistro offers, located in the heart of the Bellas Artes neighborhood, where you can enjoy fine wines and a cuisine inspired by traditional Chilean home cooking with Mediterranean touches.

Here, you can start your day with one of their breakfast options or take a break during lunch with dishes like Pastel de Choclo, Humitas, Burgers, or fresh and healthy salads.

At sunset, their Wine Bar invites you to taste by the glass wines from small, artisanal producers from different wine regions of Chile, such as Maule, Casablanca, Colchagua, Itata, Maipo, and Aconcagua, among others. You can pair these wines with dishes from their Tapas menu, which includes Papas Bravas, Serrano Ham, Quesadillas, and tempting platters, perfect for sharing.

The venue features a terrace, and inside you’ll find the stunning mural “Sémele,” the mother of Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, created by Chilean illustrator and muralist Fabián Anaya, better known as Faya.
