We invite you to see one of the most traditional ceremonies of la Moneda Palace, done every other day on the constitution square. The Change of the Guard of Carabineros de Chile comes from 1851 and consists of changing the turn of those who guard the safety of the executive power building. It starts at Paseo Bulnes with the National Choir of Carabineros and ends at constitution square. Since 2001 includes female officers, in 2012 join the Carabineros Mounted Squad, the ceremony takes about 30 minutes.
