This exhibition highlights the continuing vitality and continuity of artistic traditions of these native peoples. Through the museum’s historical objects and the contemporary works made by indigenous artists, the exhibition offers a perspective that recognizes these cultures as living expressions, connected to memory, crafts and the identity of their communities.
This exhibition emerged from a research process based on intercultural exchange between elders and artisans, and it presents a museography that highlights the stories, authorship and meaning behind each, inviting visitors to reflect on the richness and continuity of these traditions.
