With more than 10 years of operation, Good Café is a walk-up coffee shop that provides quick service to customers passing through the Historic Center of the city. Their hallmark is to deliver specialty coffee of 85 points or more, with beans from Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Ethiopia that are roasted in the same location.
Although it is a walk-up cafe, it has tables for those who want to take some time and take advantage of sharing with one of the professional baristas, who are always willing to provide information about the types of coffee and methods of preparation.
They have a traditional espresso bar, whose most popular preparation is Cappuccino and Flat white. As for the filtered bar, its B 60 stands out and if it is about cold preparations, go ahead and try the cold coffee, filtered with orange and/or lemon juice, or the coffee made using the Kyoto method, consisting of cold extraction of coffee concentrate, a process that lasts 18 hours. Once finished, it is served with Ginger beer or Tonic.
To accompany the coffee there are sweet options of French and national pastries, such as Canellés, Carrot cake and fresh medias lunas. And in savory alternatives, the ham cheese and tomato cheese sandwiches stand out, as well as the mushroom with arugula and cheese.
