From January 25 to February 15, the Santiago Library invites girls, boys, young people and adolescents to experience the summer holidays with unmissable cultural, literary and recreational

ACTIVITIES

Saturday, January 25, from 11:30 a.m. K-POP “6 years of WayV”. Dance groups, illustrators, stores, games and publishers will invite fans of this renowned Korean band to sing and join in with their choreographies.


January 29 to February 9. Summer Children and Family Theater Festival, with the following works.

I am Plant. Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30, 5:00 p.m. From the Bufón Theater & Produccion company, it is a production for early childhood that tells the games and experiences of three.

The machucao. Friday, January 31, 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 1, 3:00 p.m. From the Theater A lo Kiltro company, it tells the story of a boy who faces the harsh reality of childhood in a situation of precariousness and marginalization. Recommended for people over 15 years old.

The Tony Marraqueta Show: Ghosts Don’t Exist. Sunday, February 2, 3:00 p.m. From Freddy Huerta, who with his funny clown character, will face strange and fearful paranormal events during one night.

Flora and the musical portal. Friday, February 7, 5:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9, 3:00 p.m. From the Storytelling Collective, the work invites with songs, color and music, to join the adventures of Flora and Aurelio through a magical forest in Chiloé.


Saturday, February 8 from 12:00 p.m. Launch of the graphic novel “Invicto” by the prominent national author and illustrator Yoyo Salfate, which narrates the feat of a young man who migrated from the working-class north to become captain of the historic Colo-Colo of 1941.

Every Sunday in February, at 4:00 p.m. Vacation with stories. The Children Room will have different exponents and oral narrators, such as Feña Lara, Catalina Moya, Clon Hadas and Noikolito.


Saturday, February 15 from 12:00 p.m. Momentum Dance Company Dance Academy will celebrate Love Day with “K-POP love Day with MCD.” Dance cover performances and a showcase of their young talents in this genre of urban dance will be showcased.
