It is a traditional restaurant on Matta avenue, dedicated to the traditional Chilean cuisine and whose menu exhibits a wide variety of dishes, including, in addition to the traditional grilled chicken, delicious barbecues, fish and seafood, among others.
If you visit the place ,you will be able to taste special preparations such as its ceviche de reineta, cognac chicken, the traditional avocado celery salad or A lo pobre versions, with perfect cebolla dorada and a large amount of french fries.
It also has a good sandwich menu. The tradition of El Pollo Caballo was born in 1976, in a place near the Hipodromo Chile and that is why its name has remained the same for more than 40 years in different locations in Santiago.
