It is located in Barrio Franklin, on the second floor of the former Musalem de Santa Rosa textile factory. It was inaugurated in 2010, at the initiative of the brothers Felipe and Carola Musalem Rosselot, with the aim of helping to improve the quality of life and recreation of the community and visitors to the Franklin neighborhood.
In the former offices of his father, they gave life to a cultural center aimed at studying, developing and integrating different expressions of art, through exhibitions and other free activities.
Factoría de Arte Santa Rosa has managed to become an icon of the Franklin neighborhood, in a recognized and highly visited space, both by residents, tenants, schools and institutions that operate in the sector.
