“The best hamburger in Marraqueta” is the slogan of this new place that stands out for having a bar in a cozy atmosphere, with preparation in view of customers and a menu with house recipes that make a garden of flavors flourish.
Hamburqueta practically Chileanized this foreign sandwich by using ground ribs, seasoned in the house; a bread that received the award for the best marraqueta of the year and other fresh ingredients, prepared entirely by hand. Each “hamburqueta” is accompanied by a serving of crinkled, natural (not frozen) fries, smothered in the house cheddar sauce.
In its menu there are preparations such as “QuetaLuco” -Barros Luco-, “Quetaliana” -Italiana- or Quetarera -Chacarera-). New and innovative recipes are also added for the most demanding palates, including Queta Azul (with blue cheese), Queta Cherry (with mozzarella and caramelized cherry tomato) and Queta Magallánica (lamb).
