La Zaranda Opened in 2001, in the heart of Victoria, a distinguished neighborhood because of its factory shops that produce leather Shoes and crafts.
This emporium is located at the traditional owners family houses, that comes from the end of the 1800´s, inside all products are crafted, there you can taste the flagship product, the Pino Empanadas, whose singular dough is a Family secret. Mostly are cooked in a clay oven placed on the shop entrance.
You can also sweeten the day with the cake shop, with products like three milk cakes, traditional cakes, “Amasado” homemade Bread, cookies and kuchens. Also are well known for its flavor the crafted and smoked sausages, smoked bacon, artisanal hams, beef tenderloin, as well as cheeses, butter, jam and honey, produced at the family country house at Maule Region.
