Inside the Pre-Columbian Museum, this cafeteria opened its doors, born from an alliance between this important cultural space in the city and the Edu Down Foundation, for the labor inclusion of  people with Down Syndrome.

It is a pleasant space where you can take a break and enjoy its wide range of coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts. In its restaurant mode, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., it offers lunch and an extensive menu of salads, such as Serrano Ham, Smoked Salmon and Falafel. They also propose other attractive dishes, including creamy salmon, Pippin with chives and Mediterranean octopus.

The cafeteria is also characterized because the raw material used in the elaboration of its products comes from enterprises of people with Down  Syndrome.
