The Japones arrived to the neighborhood and did so to enrich the gastronomic diversity of Portal Bulnes Boulevard in the Historic Center of the city with its oriental proposal. Its menu
stands out for the variety of preparations and ingredients of land and sea that give life to the piqueos, tempuras, ramen and salads with Asian brushstrokes. To share, Tempura Moriawase is perfect, consisting of fish, squid, shrimp and Atlantic shrimp; or the alitas Karaage, marinated in ginger, garlic and Sake. The dishes of the house are a party on the palate, as well as the alternatives of its original Sushi Bar.
