Fuente Lastarria is one representative of Creole gastronomy in the Lastarria neighborhood that receives its diners in a spacious, comfortable and original design space, in which shine classic proposals of sausage, churrasco, tenderloin, mechadas and poultry, in all their versions.

But its hallmark is being a signature “sanguChilería”, which rescues the flavors of the deepest parts of Chile and specialties from different regions of the country, in addition to typical drinks and the “pichanga” is a must when it comes to sharing. Among the most notable preparations of sandwiches include the Cavanchino (tuna, lettuce, tomato, onion and homemade mayo), Loco luco (laminated locos and melted cheese), Sanguchile de prietas (brown walnuts, lettuce, beans greens and green chili and black sausage), Pernil palta mayo and Lengua palta (cooked tongue, avocado and pebre) among others.

You can also enjoy pizzas, raw meats, salads and varieties of Pichangas, such as pichanga cuica (pickles, serrano ham, blue cheese, pernil, avocado and cherry tomato), the David Arellano (pickles, black olives, goat and black cheese) and Causeo la Fuente (panera with country pâté, buttery cheese, head cheese, pebre, arrollado huaso and whole marraqueta).

And if it’s about heritage cocktails, you can’t forget the Terremoto, Vaina, Licor de oro,Picuncho, Malta with toasted flour and Enguindao, among others.

Merced, 333, Santiago.
