Lynn, (Chinese Word for soul), is a specialty coffee shop located in Barrio San Diego. It’s run by four professional barista women that receive their visitors in a large, double-height vaulted space, carefully designed to be a calm and serene space, so one can connect with one’s inner self and enjoy a “coffee for your soul”.
Since this is a specialty coffee shop, aside the classical preparations, they also have their own coffee and tea preparations, like Nutella Latte (double espresso, Nutella and textured milk), Dirty Chai Latte (Chai base, double espresso and textured milk), Golden Latte (Golden mix prepared with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper with texturized milk) and the Cookie matcha latte (Organic Matcha, biscuit and textured milk).
When it comes to cold brews, the visitors can pick from Iced Matcha Latte (Organic green tea, milk and ice), Iced Matcha Lichi (Organic green tea, lemon, water and ice) or Iced Mango Matcha (Organic green tea, mango pulp, milk and ice). They also have traditional cold coffee preparations and specialty, Frappe and fitness shakes with added protein.
To accompany it, they have a wide variety of sweets on the menu, including the cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant, apple pie with manjar and carrot cake. And in savory versions, which are always a good option, the chicken croissant, breaded chicken ciabatta and as vegan options, corn mushroom empanada, luco seitan sandwich, sandwich seitan caramelized onion and corn cake.
Lynn also sells packaged grain from Colombia in the Castillo variety, Boliviano Caturra and Brasil intenso, as well as coffee accessories, such as coffee makers. When purchasing the beans you can request to grind the coffee beans to the size you need according to the extraction method.
