For more than 60 years and located on Paseo Bandera, Ciro's Bar Restaurant has delighted palates as a faithful exponent of Chilean gastronomy. There it is possible to find distinguished dishes and sandwiches with history that maintain the same recipe and quality of yesteryear, such as Mechadas, Pernil, Lengua, Raw and Tartar fillet, Ribs and Rolls, but without a doubt, one of the most notable is the broth of Trunk, made of cuts of beef and pork in broth, with touches of Carmenere wine and chili.
When it comes to sandwiches here you can find “Steak Churrasco” (a staple of the joint), hindquarter, in all its forms of sidedishes, such as tongue and sausages and many more. To go with these preparations Ciro’s Bar Restaurant keeps on shining with another one of their staples, the well known “Cola de Mono” that is served all year long, just like their Pisco Sours, Schops and many more options of mixed drinks.
All can be enjoyed inside the building, at the bar or in their outside terrace.
