Located in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood, Tres Valles is a restaurant that is characterized by its varied gastronomic offering of grilled meats, such as the mote al ají dish with fillet medallion and its most popular cut, the “Entraña”. If you visit, you can delight your palate with the extensive menu of fish and ceviches, including the Rapa Nui tuna fish ceviche; and its pastas, such as fettuccine and gnocchi, in seafood or mushroom sauce.
It also offers vegan alternatives on its menu, which highlights an interesting variety of sandwiches, salads or mushroom carpaccio.
